The optical PPG sensor measures heart rate variability during the day and night. The app provides you with a recovery score and weekly trends.

Yes. VYDA automatically detects sports activities and records heart rate, intensity, and calories. Data can be exported to Strava.

Yes. The app is native for iOS 15+ and Android 10+. Synchronization via Bluetooth 5.3.

You can request deletion directly from the app (Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via email to [email protected]. The deletion is irreversible and all data will be removed within 30 days.
